the week before CNY…

It’s the eve of chinese new year….
reunion dinner later tonight…
haven’t seen the family in like over a year???
i think….

anyway… the week’s update….
my goodness, loads of shit man….

so i got my LIT test paper back….
think the woman blindly marked all our papers….
passed everyone… 
not that I’m complaining that I passed but it’s quite stupid….
and she gave like everyone who didn’t turn up for the make-up a lecture….
like, who the hell does that anymore!?
if we don’t turn up for our paper, it’s our business….
the woman really gets under our skin…
they should really learn from our CSB teacher….
the guy’s like uberly nice….
guilts us in turning up for class, doing well for his class and no matter what….
we can’t say it’s his fault we didn’t do well….
no one else to blame but ourselves… 

Had the BMG test on thursday…. 
hahaha….
barely understood what the heck i was doing….
ugh…..
OoooOO….. signed up for my SATs already….
but it’s in MAY….
was hoping it’d be earlier….
oh well….
bright side…. i’d have vans and ash with me….
ash came over on tues night to slp over and we signed up together…
already started practicing the english questions…
it’s really different from what we’re use to…
and…
I pushed back my FTT date….
didn’t want it to crash with my exams….
went to the IDP centre on wed after school to see ash’s uncle….
got a couple of school’s to consider right now…
will have to decide once i get my final results….

ahhhh….. i need to get an average of B this sem to pull my gpa up to a 2.4.
gotta drive myself crazy this sem….

right…
so mum’s chinese bday was last week….

the cake was actually quite yummy….

 

so the guys and i went to Shokudo at Hereen last friday to spend my $40 voucher….
my goodness…. about 5 of us….
and the bill was super long…
Shokudo is really toooooo pricey….
the GST & Service charge is a killer….
and i don’t know why the hell there’s service charge when there’s barely any service…
but anyway here’s our meal…

went to watch movie on Friday….
half of us went to eat Sakae and the other small lot of us went to watch movie….
so the small lot who went to watch movie was just ricky, jerm, mama and I…
initially, we wanted to watch ‘The Passengers’… again….
then we checked online and it wasn’t showing anymore…
so we thought of ‘Inkheart’….
but when we got to Cini we saw that ‘Bride Wars’ was out….
so…. BRIDE WARS it was….
my goooooodness….
for some reason all the movie i’ve been watching recently, has a very expressive/responsive crowd….
eg, Hana Yori Dango…. SAW5….. Twilight…. and now Bride Wars….
but anyways…. the movie was pretty good….

had lunch at Shokudo Pasta with the guys
it was pretty good…

 

met Bu yest to get her specs….
it was her 2008 bday and xmas gift…
now she’s gotta go see an eye doc…
she’s got spots on her eyes and apparently it’s cloudy…
it’s like Bu-ster’s  going blind….
*sigh*………
 

after this coming week, i’ll be packed…
my schedule’s filled to the brim….
but it’s just going to be for a couple of weeks….
and then it’ll be all over… 
i have to figure this all out…

i thought it was lunch!!!
but it was suppose to be dinner…
for some reason, i think wednesday and fridays after sch is lunch…

met up with ricky, jeremy n mama after crystal jade…
we went to Lucky Plaza AGAIN for Indo food….

it was ash’s FIRST time at Lucky Plaza…

Friday was a busy busy day….
went to Educational Link in the late morning…
wanted to check out my options for Uni….

right after, had lunch with auntie maggie….
didn’t wanna go to the same old places….
so we decided on Shokudo at Heerens….

another weekend

it’s become a routine… wake up, do my homework…. gosh, don’t believe i just said homework…. ok ok, school work…. project, assignments, notes… whatever it’s called. check for food…. turn on the tele… shower… eat…. and be lazy. I’ve got to get my work outta the way in the morning…. or else i’ll never get my work done once i turn on the tele. And the last 2 days have been the pavement to what seems to be a pretty good routine. 

yoga is soooo in need here…. gonna become a bed potato….. uh oh….

watched what seemed to be the last 5 to 7 episodes of ‘Supernatural’ Season 3 straight…. till like 2am last night. which was awesome for me. haven’t watched it in such a long time…. and Jensen Ackles rulez!!!!

talks about the D&D in the last couple of days…. still considering of whether i wanna go…. the idea of spending on a dress… blah blah, is putting me off a little. But if i get female company for that night, i’d prob go…. hanging out with the guys on D&D night…. ugh…. i need the girls.

the month is passing by really fast…. i can’t believe that i’ll be graduating soon. need to start planning…. have everything in my head… just need to start doing….

so my dear old sister is back in AU….
left on Monday….
i don’t usually take pics with my family but since my 2nd sis wanted some we did…

 

it’ll be maybe another year before I’ll see them again…

felt like watching T2 all of a sudden….
I remembered I wanted to watch History Boys….
but I can’t remember why….
oh well…
wanted to get Charlie Bartlet and Fierce people..
but CB was waaaaay too over priced…
and FP was R3…
was contemplating on buying He-Man & She-Ra…..
$55 a set….
ugh…. my childhood heros…. lol

my goodness…
after I got my Twilight Set, I went on amazon surfing…
and saw that they are now selling the set for US$200+
and it’s apparently a limited edition set…. only 3000 made…
to me, that’s a lot of sets….
and i thought the exploitation of Twilight couldn’t get any worse….
T-shirts, posters, bookmarks, patches, rings… etc…
now they have…. Perfume sold by HOT TOPIC… 
supposedly the scent of Edward… i think.
ok now that’s a little too much…..
and the cost to smell like Edward or Bella (since it reads ‘Forbidden Fruit)??? US$46 

i actually found these 2 pieces quite nice….
but too over priced.. 
i love jewelry…. but not such overly priced ones…
