HAPPY BIRTHDAY ASH!!

HAPPY 20TH BIRTHDAY ASH!!!

The day started out early in preparation for ash’s 20th….
headed to Sembawang to meet Jas & Ash for lunch at Aston’s.
pre-birthday lunch….

While waiting for the food, ash was saying how she wanted flowers….
she’s been asking ZW to give her flowers but all he’ll give her are the ones below his place…
Jas excused herself to go to the toilet & took a little longer than expected….
she came back with 3 stalks of canberra….
real pretty….
& ash says she felt stressed cause Jas bought her flowers & she’s never bought me flowers….
hahahaha…..

we headed to cotton on & starbucks….
waited till ash went for tuition….
while, there I was texting shuqi & vans planning stuff….
was suppose to buy cake and meet them but change in plans so I had to shuffle…
Jas canceled tuition & she was sick….
ash’s dad drove us to her place….
and ash went for tuition thinking that Jas & I just wanted to leave our things at her place,
clean her room & wait for her…
she didn’t know that zhuwen, lizhi, shuqi, LS, KG, vans were all gonna be at her place…..

everyone hid in her room while Jas & I just stayed in the living room…
hee…
she already knew we were there so it was pointless for us to hide….
heeee…..
poor thing, she’s been scolding her sister cause her friends keep calling her….
her siblings & dad knew about the surprise….
and she was complaining that she didn’t know what to wear for the night…
heee… when she opened her present from vans & I (AA clothes)
she was like ‘oh, i know what to wear tonight!’….
unfortunately, she still have 2 more presents from vans & I….
hopefully, we can finish one & receive the other….

we headed to town for dinner @ Paragon’s Sushi Tei….
yes…. AGAIN….
we ordered like a feast….
but with ash’s voucher & memeber it ended up being pretty cheap….

THE FOOD…. FEAST!!

original bill…. after all the discounts…
it was about $192…
$20 per person…
I have to admit…
it was one of the nicest Sushi Tei dinner’s I’ve had…

next we spent like an hour after taking pics….
inside & outside Paragon…
ash wanted to take Polaroids…
so we bought like 2 boxes for her to take pics with all of us….

headed to Dbl O separately….
bumped into the monkey at Spin’s…
and Jas bumped into her friend Claire there too….

Dbl O’s apparently not homo friendly…
Jas had to strip…
thankfully, she was wearing a razor back inside….
oh wells….
got a table & bought drinks…
plus lady’s night so extra drinks….
music was mehhh…
normal….
met like quite a few people that night…
other then monkey, there was the SP yr3 classmates…

so I went to check out ION with Ash on Friday…
the place was really crowded…
we only wandered from B1 to B4….
cause everything else UP was occupied by freaking expensive stores….
hahaha….
there were some shops that weren’t open yet….
the structure of the place was ok…
think finding the toilet is gonna be mental….
it’ll take a couple of visits to know where’s where and what’s what….
but it’s pretty awesome that it’s connected to both Wisma & Wheellock….
it only took us a couple of minutes to wander ION cause the crowd was just a turn off…

Dinner after with vans & weiliang @ DTF…
ash wanted some XIAO LONG BAO promo but got cheated…
Promo was only applicable in the day…
hee….
headed to ECP after dinner….
got lost on the way cause we had to make a pit stop for ash to go collect her CK pouch from Matthew…
think it was a day to cheat ash…
cause she got cheated again at ECP…
anyways, the 3 of us headed to the beach with Asahi, Starbucks & Chips in hand for HTHT…..
didn’t head home till abt 1 to 2am….

Saturday…
met kel & michelle for dinner with Jas…
got into a little accident with Kel on the way out….
texted Jas at work to tell her….
weirddd….. she was sleeping at work & said she dreamt I died….
when she woke she read my msg & got freaked…
hahaha…
right so, picked Jas up from work and headed to Boat Quay’s Mc to wait for Michelle…
after which we went to PITSTOP for food and games..>
actually it was more for games then food….
played for like 2 hours or something….
pretty fun actually….
went for supper…..
but b4 that I had to make a litte detour for someone for something….
right, so Prata at Thomson….
yums!!!

the S.S really scares me when she’s ard zw….
like super out to get her…
like friendly at times but silently shoots out daggers at her….
at times Kel & I were like…. ‘ohhh okkkkk….. quickly change subject.’
ah, guess it’s really not a good mix…. heeee….

Had barely any sleep at all…
had to wake up on Sunday for church with mur der…
6.15am!! considering the fact that I got home at like 1 plsu 2 the previous day…
So it was off to St Anne’s….
the only reason I went was to make the mur der happy
& cause they were having a fun fair….
sadly the food this year was… meehh…..
I thought I was going to stay there for 3 hours at least but the dad wanted to go earlier…
so I had him drop me off at Aljunied….
met Jas to go do her TACS work…
check in at the Chalet was 2.30pm so we had about 4 hours to do work….
realise she types slower than me… hahaha….
when it came time for dinner, we ended up having dinner with her friend, HweiTing & Bf….
& I was suppose to head back to the chalet but I ended up getting dragged to the TACS meeting as well….
*sigh*….
so much for bringing my laptop, storybook & word search to the chalet to keep me compay while she was gone….
but I guess thankfully it was good….
cause we were there for like 6hours!!!
I went to sleep for like an hour plus in HweiTing’s room….
Jas came in to wake me up at 9pm….
went to help her out in the programs and all…
put her programs in a timetable format for her…
it was nice that HweiTing sent all of us back after….

but still….
I spent my 1st month doing TACS work!!

oh wells…
just hope Jas gets the deal…
then my 1st month wouldn’t have gone to waste…
& then I can collect my PA fee…
heeeee……..

Lunch with ball the next day at Super Dog…
YUMS…..
the conversations I’ve had with Ball the last 2 times are the same!!!!

anyway, met ash & vans @ Cine to watch ‘Public Enemies’

movie was good…
they had like a lot of cameos from like 9 different actors…
I spent the whole movie recognizing faces with Vans…

Dinner at Sushi Tei…
goodness….
ash’s diet only comprises of sushi tei & xiaolongbaos…..

walked to PS and met Donald….
had Roucher Tau Huey with him & ash while waiting for jas….
she came down from work at CCK just to send me home….
hee…. super sweetness…
walked with Jas to Farrer Park before taking the last train….
sat at Teochew Porridge for drinks before heading home…

Day out in Town today!!
dropped my bag off at PP
had Chippy fish @ Far East….
YUMS….
walked ard Far East & then wanton….
watched ‘Fighting’ with Jas….

movie was okkkk…
not worth even $6….
lucky we paid only $4.50
heee…..
storyline pretty much sucked….
the fighting wasn’t even that great….
it was pretty much just eye candy….

shopped at ION after…..
hee….
bought a sponge…
and a top/dress from Pull & Bear….
then got Jas shirts… (2 for $39.90)
part of her bday present…
i know it’s 2 weeks early but ahhh…
what the heck…

headed back to PP to meet michelle to lend her my harddrive….
BC with Sa….
super tiring….
but feels damn good!
absolute sweetness after…
Jas came down to pick me up…
felt it wld be super sad if she just came back down to town JUST to send me back immediately…
so we headed to 24hr TCC for supper…

it was one of the few times we actually get to sit and talk….
like proper conversations….
for some reason service today was better than usual….
finished just in time to get one of the last few buses…

was complaining on the bus that Jas didn’t wish me ‘Happy Birthday’ in May…
so she took out her phone & texted me…
‘Happy belated Birthday’….

only to have him call me 2 stops from NP to tell me he forgot the invites….

a total wasted trip….
was super hungry so i went to King Albert’s Mc to buy food….
then on my bus ride home, jas calls to meet her for lunch…
ended up at AMK’s Mc…
like… whaaaat….
my luck yest was just crap…..

Dinner with Jas on Thursday at Circular Road’s BaKuTeh….
YUMS…. damn nice…..
Had to head down to St Anne’s to help the mur der with her church stuff….

Was suppose to meet Jas Sunday MORNING
but as usual…. S.S couldn’t wake….
best thing is…. she wakes at 9am to tell me she’s coming over…
goes back to slp….
and then wakes again at 12noon!!!
then she had last minute plans with her friends for lunch…
ended up meeting her in town in the mid afternoon.
went to have Sakae….
and then toured PS….
visited Agnes at Pokka station….
went to collect Matthew’s 5KG cake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Went to Tangs to buy his present…. CK watch….
Jas took like forever to pick one…
happily chit chatted with the girls….
cabbed down to the condo with agnes for the party…..
soooo weird….
felt awkward man…
don’t know anyone there,
& I hate making new friends….
I’m a super unfriendly person….
I’m ok once I actually know you…
oh wait…. ok there are the exceptions….
but most of the time I’m friendlier to people I know….

Harry Potter & the Half -Blood Prince….

movie was ok…
good thing I read the book years ago…
& the details are not as bold as they use to be….
so I found it ok…
The title being ‘The Half-Blood Prince’, there was no information on him…
in fact they concentrate more on the kids’ love lives more than anything…
if you remember the details of the story then this would be absolutely a downer….
but otherwise…. it’s not a bad watch…
It’s actually quite funny…

after lunching with ash & vans,
Jas and I headed back over to finish work….
she was suppose to have tuition but it got canceled last minute….
went to have Teochew porridge for dinner…
it’s been such a long time…
love it…
