another one bites the dust….

another part of my childhood just faded away…..

I envy those who are free to be who they are…
not hiding behind the facade molded by the norm….
to be accepted for being just you….
how I wish that for myself…
i may have all I could ever possess…
but I would trade that all in just to say who I really am…
to walk proud for loveandpride…
maybe one day I could step out behind this mask…
remove the armor you so blindly placed on my back the minute i was born…
unchain the shackles of society…
one day..
maybe…
